He has responsibility for Trade Compliance for over 30 locations throughout the globe and has over 25 years’ experience in the field of Trade Compliance. Michael’s experience includes several major defense companies such as Raytheon, Lockheed Martin, ITT along with a Native American Corporation. He has served as an empowered official for over 15 years and is well versed in the International Traffic and Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulation (EAR). Michael has created several export compliance programs while assigned in these positions to include policies and procedures, classifications, work instructions and has authored over 500 licenses and agreements over his career.

Brian has deep expertise in technology from visitor management to access control, mass notification and intelligence platforms.
